- User Identity: Discord User IDs, usernames, and avatars to manage your personal playlists and VIP status.
- Guild Information: Server IDs and basic metadata to provide server-wide premium features.
- Usage Data: Commands used and music preferences to improve our "Smart Auto Play" feature.
2. How We Use Data
Your data is used solely for the functionality of the MusiEQ bot and website. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged into the Music Room.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Razorpay for payment processing. Your payment details are handled securely by Razorpay and never touch our servers directly. We also interface with Discord's API.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the MusiEQ Discord bot and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
MusiEQ provides high-quality music streaming services and audio filters for Discord servers. We offer both free and paid (VIP/Pro/Premium) plans.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are processed through Razorpay. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Music Room.
Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are only applicable within 2 days of the initial purchase or renewal. Beyond this 2-day period, the service is strictly non-refundable.
1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our support team within 48 hours (2 days) of your transaction. Refund requests made after this timeframe will not be processed.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Music Room" dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
3. How to Request
To request a refund within the 2-day window, please email support@musieq.com with your Discord User ID and Order ID.
